Monthly Bookkeeping
Clean books. Clear decisions.
Disorganized books cost more than clean ones — in missed deductions, in loans you can't document, and in the hours you spend rebuilding a year in April. Pick the package that fits your business. Every tier includes reconciled accounts and reporting you can actually read.
Packages & Pricing
Three sizes. No surprises.
Monthly rates land within the range shown based on transaction volume and how many accounts we're reconciling. You get a fixed quote after a short call — no hourly billing that punishes you for asking questions.

Ask About the BundleWhat You Get Each Month
The same close, every month.
Bookkeeping isn't a pile of receipts someone eventually sorts. It's a repeatable monthly close — and knowing it happens on schedule is most of the value.

- Transactions categorized correctlyWhich matters twice: once for your reports, and again for the deductions on your return.
- Statements delivered to youProfit & Loss at every tier; Balance Sheet and Cash Flow as you move up.
- Questions asked while they're answerableWe ask about the odd charge in March, in March — not the following February.
- Books that hand off cleanlyYour year-end package goes straight into your return, or to a lender, without a rebuild.

Common Questions
Before you sign up.
My books are a mess — or don't exist. Can you still take me on?
Yes. Most new clients arrive that way. We scope a one-time catch-up or clean-up for the months behind, quote it separately, and then start the monthly package from a clean opening balance. Fixing the past first is what makes the monthly rate honest.
Which accounting software do you use?
We work primarily in QuickBooks Online. If you're already on another platform, bring it to the call — we'll tell you whether to keep it or move, and we won't recommend a migration you don't need.
Do I need bookkeeping if I'm the only person in my business?
If you file a Schedule C, someone is doing this work — the only question is whether it's you at midnight in April. The Starter package exists for exactly this: two accounts, modest volume, and a monthly P&L so you know where you stand.
Can you handle payroll?
Payroll processing assistance is included in the Premium package. On other tiers we coordinate with your payroll provider so the entries land correctly in your books.
What if my volume changes mid-year?
Tell us and we'll re-quote. Growing past your tier is a good problem, and we'd rather adjust the package than quietly let service slip.
